Someone sent this to me… not sure where they got it … but I thought it’s worth sharing, so here you go:
Too much sugar can lead to damaging effects to your health. I counted no less than 77 reasons why (yes, you read that right!) sugar can cause serious health risks and why you should drop using it. For your convenience, these are divided into five categories: Increased Risk of Diseases and Ill-health, Nutrient Imbalance or Deficiency, Bodily Impairments, Behavioral Modifications and The Ultimate Reason.
