Classic Green Shake (Jenny Nelson)

Get your daily greens (along with essential healthy fat and protein) in a tasty mint-flavoured shake.

cup coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)
-
handfuls spinach, kale, or Swiss chard
-
¼ cup macadamia nuts
-
tablespoons mint-flavoured liquid chlorophyll (available at any health food store or the Internet)
Optional: stevia or brown rice syrup, to taste
Blend until smooth.
