Classic Green Shake (Jenny Nelson)

Get your daily greens (along with essential healthy fat and protein) in a tasty mint-flavoured shake.

  1. cup coconut or almond milk (unsweetened)

  2. handfuls spinach, kale, or Swiss chard

  3. ¼ cup macadamia nuts

  4. tablespoons mint-flavoured liquid chlorophyll (available at any health food store or the Internet)

 

Optional: stevia or brown rice syrup, to taste

 

Blend until smooth.
